Responsible Minerals

“Conflict Minerals” include tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), and gold (Au), collectively referred to as “3TG”. GaNrich requires all suppliers that the products, components, or raw materials provided to GaNrich do not directly or indirectly source, use, or trade any conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or its adjoining countries that finance armed conflicts, illegal armed groups, or human rights abuses. All 3TG contained in the products, components, or raw materials provided to GaNrich are sourced from legitimate and responsible sources and comply with the spirit and requirements of applicable international conflict minerals regulations and guidelines.
In accordance with GaNrich Supplier Management Process, all suppliers cooperating with GaNrich are required to sign the “Conflict Minerals Declaration” and comply with GaNrich‘s Responsible Mineral Purchasing Policy.
